**Job Title: Client Services Executive \- B2B** **Location: DHA Phase 2, Islamabad** **Shift Timings:** **1:00 PM – 10:00 PM** **2:00 PM – 11:00 PM** **3:00 PM – 12:00 AM** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated **Client Services Executive \- B2B** to manage daily client operational requests, handle inbound sales, and drive job conversion. This is a fast\-paced, performance\-driven role requiring strong client communication, sales capability, and ownership mindset. The ideal candidate will actively grow the client account while ensuring high levels of service delivery and satisfaction. **Roles \& Responsibilities:** * Manage and respond to daily operational job requests from clients * Coordinate job progression with internal teams and contractors * Handle inbound sales inquiries, prepare job scopes, and close jobs efficiently * Identify and execute growth opportunities within existing client accounts * Maintain strong, professional client relationships * Monitor job statuses, follow up on pending actions, and resolve issues proactively * Ensure accurate, timely, and professional client communication * Meet and exceed sales, conversion, and performance targets * Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems * Support continuous improvement in processes and client experience **Required Competencies:** * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Proven sales and closing ability * Client handling and relationship management expertise * Excellent time management and multitasking skills * Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making capability * Ability to perform under pressure in a fast\-paced environment * High level of organization and follow\-up discipline **Performance\-based incentives linked to:** * Jobs closed * Revenue generated * Client satisfaction and performance metrics * Monthly and quarterly performance rewards (as per company policy)
