**Role Overview**
The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with clients across a portfolio of residential and community assets. The role focuses on delivering a high\-quality client experience, ensuring service excellence, and acting as the primary point of contact for client engagement, issue resolution, and satisfaction management.
