**Role Title (standardized): Client Coordination Associate** We operate in the Background Verification (BGV) services sector, delivering end\-to\-end pre\-employment screening, identity and KYC solutions to enterprise customers across India. The role sits at the intersection of client\-facing account management and operational delivery for compliance\-sensitive hiring programs. Join a high\-volume, SLA\-driven team that partners closely with HR, recruitment, and security functions to ensure timely, accurate verifications. This opportunity is for an on\-site Client Coordination Associate supporting enterprise BGV engagements at Mindtel. **Role \& Responsibilities** * Serve as primary client\-facing contact for assigned accounts: manage daily queries, status updates, and SLA expectations. * Coordinate end\-to\-end onboarding for new clients and programs, including scope capture, workflow setup, and integration handoffs to operations. * Track verification cases in the case management system and CRM; escalate and resolve exceptions to meet SLAs and accuracy targets. * Prepare and present regular status reports, dashboards, and root\-cause analyses to clients and internal stakeholders. * Validate documents and verification outputs for quality, ensuring KYC and regulatory compliance on all cases. * Collaborate with operations, product, and tech teams to implement process improvements, automation, and API integrations that reduce turnaround times. **Skills \& Qualifications Must\-Have** * Background screening platforms * Case management systems * Salesforce * MS Excel * Google Sheets * KYC compliance **Preferred** * SLA management * Client onboarding * API integrations **Qualifications** * Proven client\-facing experience within background verification, KYC, or compliance\-driven operations (India market preferred). * Comfort working on\-site in India and coordinating with cross\-functional teams under SLA constraints. * Strong accuracy focus and familiarity with regulatory/privacy requirements related to identity and employment verification. **Benefits \& Culture Highlights** * Hands\-on exposure to large enterprise BGV programs and opportunities to drive process improvements. * Collaborative, metrics\-driven culture with clear paths for operational and client\-success career growth. * On\-site role that provides structured training, mentorship, and regular client interaction.
