Civil Structural Engineer

**We are seeking a technically rigorous Project Engineer to supervise the end\-to\-end construction of a 90' x 100' Pre\-Engineered Building (PEB) warehouse. This is not a "general civil" role. We require a specialist who understands steel behavior, high\-strength bolting, and precision alignment. Key Responsibilities: • Precision Layout: Supervise anchor bolt setting using templates to a tolerance of \\pm2mm. • Structural Oversight: Direct the erection of primary frames (Columns/Rafters) and secondary members (Z\-Purlins, Sag Rods, Bracings). • Quality Control: Enforce torque specifications for A325/A490 bolts and inspect weld quality on\-site. • Alignment: Use auto\-levels/theodolites to ensure 100% plumb columns before grouting. • Safety \& Reporting: Manage daily site logs, material inventory, and labor safety protocols. Requirements (The Non\-Negotiables): • Education: B.E. / B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (PEC Registered). • Experience: Minimum 4\+ years specifically in PEB or Industrial Steel Structures. (Applicants with only residential/plaza experience will not be considered). • Technical Skills: Ability to interpret Tekla/AutoCAD Shop Drawings and Erection Drawings. • Software: Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera for timeline tracking.**
