Our client Hamdard Pakistan is looking for a Civil Site Engineer \- Industrial Projects in Lahore Hamdard Pakistan is hiring a Site Engineer (Lahore) to manage on\-site civil works including RCC, steel structures, and finishing. The role involves ensuring work is executed as per drawings, BOQs, timelines, and quality standards, while coordinating with contractors and consultants. Candidates must hold a Civil Engineering degree (PEC registered) with 4–5 years of experience in industrial projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, BOQs, bar bending schedules, and basic HVAC knowledge is required, along with strong coordination and reporting skills. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage all on\-site civil construction activities ensuring compliance with architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. * Review and interpret detailed project plans including drawings, bills of quantities, and bar bending schedules to guide site operations. * Coordinate regularly with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments to align project strategies and resolve issues promptly. * Monitor daily site progress against project schedules and quality benchmarks, ensuring timely completion of activities without compromising standards. * Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and building codes throughout the construction phases to prevent accidents and legal issues. * Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including site records, progress reports, quality checklists, and safety reports for project tracking and audits. * Conduct regular site inspections to confirm the quality and accuracy of work against technical specifications and regulatory requirements. * Identify potential risks and issues on site, proposing practical solutions and modifications to construction plans when necessary. * Collaborate closely with MEP engineers and specialists to understand HVAC systems including variable refrigerant flow (VRF), chillers, and other mechanical installations impacting site activities. * Support procurement and verification of materials ensuring that all supplies meet technical standards and project needs. * Manage the verification of structural elements such as RCC works and steel structures to ensure they meet design strength and quality. * Ensure finishing works are executed to high standards with attention to detail and adherence to project timelines and budgets. * Maintain effective communication channels across all project stakeholders to facilitate smooth information flow and prompt decision\-making.
