****Site Execution \& Supervision**** * Supervise and execute all civil works at site, including foundations, equipment bases, access roads, drainage systems, control rooms, cable trenches, and other infrastructure works. * Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements. * Monitor daily site activities to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and schedule commitments. ****Coordination \& Interface**** * Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, QA/QC, and HSE teams for smooth integration of civil works with overall project execution. * Liaise with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely progress of assigned work fronts. * Communicate drawings, work methods, and site instructions effectively to the workforce. ****Quality Control \& Inspection**** * Inspect civil construction works such as excavation, concreting, reinforcement, masonry, road works, and trenching. * Check materials like cement, steel, aggregates, and concrete for compliance with project specifications. * Assist in field tests including soil compaction, concrete cube testing, and other material tests. * Identify quality deviations and support corrective actions at site. ****Safety \& Compliance**** * Ensure strict compliance with site safety rules, HSE guidelines, and statutory requirements. * Participate in safety inspections, toolbox talks, and audits to maintain a safe working environment. * Ensure civil works comply with environmental and regulatory norms. ****Progress Monitoring \& Reporting**** * Monitor progress of civil works against approved schedules and report daily activities to senior engineers or project managers. * Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and assist in weekly/monthly reporting. * Highlight site issues, delays, and material constraints affecting execution. ****Material \& Resource Management**** * Assist in monitoring material receipt, storage, and consumption at site. * Ensure proper handling and storage of construction materials to minimize wastage. * Support measurement of executed quantities and assist in billing documentation. ****Problem Solving \& Site Support**** * Identify and resolve day\-to\-day civil engineering issues at site. * Coordinate with design and planning teams to resolve drawing discrepancies and site constraints. * Support timely completion of civil works to meet project milestones. ****Documentation \& Records**** * Maintain site records, inspection checklists, test reports, and work completion documents. * Assist in preparation of as\-built drawings and handover documentation. ****Qualifications \& Experience**** * Bachelor’s / Diploma in Civil Engineering. * 3–6 years of experience in civil works execution, preferably in solar / renewable energy or infrastructure projects. * Working knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and site execution practices. ****Key Skills**** * Strong site coordination and communication skills. * Understanding of construction quality and safety standards. * Ability to manage multiple work fronts under site conditions.
