Civil Execution - Deep Shaft

* Oversee construction of open works such as excavation, embankments, approach roads, drainage works, open channels, foundations, and other civil structures. * Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications. * Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, supervisors, and equipment teams. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work plans for open works. * Inspect and verify work quality as per relevant IS codes and project QA/QC procedures. * Ensure all activities comply with HSE guidelines * Maintain daily progress reports, material consumption reports, and work measurement sheets. * Coordinate with consultants, client representatives, and internal departments for inspections and approvals. **Required Skills \& Competencies** * Strong knowledge of earthwork, concrete structures, and open excavation works. * Familiarity with PSP / hydro / irrigation project construction preferred. * Ability to read and interpret drawings (AutoCAD knowledge beneficial). * Good communication and team coordination skills. * Knowledge of safety standards and quality procedures. * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project reporting tools.
