Civil Estimation Engineer

**Job Title: Civil Estimation Engineer** **Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE We are seeking a skilled and detail\-oriented **Civil Estimation Engineer** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in **construction and fit\-out projects within the UAE**, with a strong understanding of cost estimation and tendering processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil and fit\-out works * Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents * Perform quantity take\-offs and prepare BOQs * Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors * Conduct cost analysis and prepare comparison reports * Identify potential risks and cost\-saving opportunities * Assist in tender submissions, clarifications, and negotiations * Maintain updated records of project costs and estimation data **Requirements:** * 4–5 years of UAE experience as a Civil Estimation Engineer * Proven experience in **construction and fit\-out projects** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field * Strong knowledge of UAE market rates and materials * Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * **UAE Driving License is mandatory** * **Only candidates with UAE experience and valid driving license will be considered** * Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred Interested candidates may send their CV to hr at unitekuae dot com Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: AED6,500\.00 \- AED8,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
