Civil Engineer

We are seeking a **Civil Engineer Project Manager (Land Development)** to join our growing team in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to design and deliver innovative land development solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients across commercial, institutional, and energy sectors. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact—from early concept and design through construction and final project delivery—while continuing to grow your career within a well\-established firm surrounded by experienced, licensed professionals. **Our projects range widely in scope and complexity, including** : * Urban redevelopment sites * Large\-scale industrial complexes * New school and institutional developments * Commercial real estate and mixed\-use projects **What You’ll Do:** As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in shaping land development projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include: * Designing site layouts, grading plans, and utility infrastructure * Developing stormwater management systems and water quality best management practices (BMPs) * Preparing and reviewing engineering plans and technical documentation * Coordinating with clients, contractors, and local government officials * Managing projects through conceptual design, regulatory approvals, bidding, and construction * Researching and applying local codes, ordinances, and jurisdictional requirements * Supporting project delivery to ensure successful completion—from the initial concept to the grand opening **Qualifications** : * B.S. in Civil Engineering (M.S. preferred) * 5\+ years of progressive engineering experience in land development or related civil engineering work * Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required * Proficiency with engineering software including AutoCAD / Civil 3D, HEC\-RAS, and HydraFlow * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to interpret and apply local regulations and development codes * Experience with commercial real estate site design is a plus **Why Join Us** : * Our Client is Employee Owned * They’ve grown YOY over the last several years * Competitive Benefits include, health insurance, profit sharing, stock ownership options, a 401K match at 50% for each dollar up to 6% of annual income, PLUS an additional profit‐sharing contribution to eligible employees based on performance. * Competitive growth opportunities * A company culture that values collaboration, innovation, diversity, continuous learning and mentorship.
