Civil Engineer (Site Engineer)

We are looking for a Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor to oversee and manage the final stages of a residential construction project. Key Responsibilities: \-Supervise day\-to\-day site activities during the finishing and final execution stages \-Coordinate with contractors for plaster, flooring, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and other finishing works \-Monitor work quality and ensure finishing is carried out as per drawings and standards \-Plan and manage material requirements for ongoing finishing work Maintain stage\-wise checklists and snag lists before final completion \-Coordinate with vendors and workers to ensure timely completion of pending work \-Identify defects or issues and ensure rectification before handover \-Oversee overall site supervision and ensure smooth execution until project completion Qualifications \-Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and understanding of Civil Engineering principles \-Hands\-on experience in site supervision and managing construction teams \-Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field \-Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety standards \-Experience handling finishing stage or near\-completion construction projects preferred \-Good understanding of finishing materials and site execution \-Ability to coordinate with multiple contractors and site teams Job Type: Full\-time Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you located in Ahmedabad? * Do you have experience working in any residential construction project?
