**Job Title: Civil Engineer** **Industry: Fit\-Out / MEP / Building Maintenance** **Experience Required: 3–5 Years** **Certification Required: Dubai Municipality Certificate \& G\+1** **Job Summary** We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in Fit\-Out, MEP coordination, and Building Maintenance projects. The candidate must hold a Dubai Municipality G\+1 Engineer Certificate and have experience in supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities** • Supervise and manage fit\-out, MEP coordination, and building maintenance works on site. • Ensure that all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. • Coordinate with MEP teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. • Review technical drawings, method statements, and material submittals. • Coordinate with Dubai Municipality and other authorities when required. • Prepare daily and weekly site reports and update project progress. • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control. • Identify site issues and provide technical solutions to ensure project completion on time. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site. **Qualifications** • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. • Dubai Municipality Engineer Certificate (G\+1 license) is mandatory. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Fit\-Out, MEP coordination, or Building Maintenance projects in the UAE. • Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and site management. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. • UAE driving license is an advantage. **Skills** • Site Supervision • Fit\-Out Project Coordination • MEP Coordination • Construction Management • Quality Control • Technical Documentation and Reporting
