Produce design deliverables for civil engineering designs across the water industry \* Provide design deliverables that satisfy safety and quality requirements. \* Identify efficient design solutions from scopes and site visits and communicate these to client and project team \* Direct and develop CAD technicians and more junior designers and graduates. \* Prepare design risk assessments, reports and specifications. \* Design in compliance with relevant technical, professional and water company standards. \* Ensure project change for design package is fully implemented and recorded. \* Undertake work using formal processes and procedures. \* Estimate hours required for design packages \* Attend and present designs at HAZOP, ALM, KM meetings and similar
