Civil Engineer - KUP

**Job Description** Having good knowledge of construction planning of civil buildings, prefab buildings, factories including sophisticated automation equipments. Should be conversant with Primevera, MS Projects, Excel and other planning monitoring \& reporting tools including linked dashboards, rundown charts, S curves, histograms, EVM etc. To prepare lookahead schedules, monitoring progress, creating histograms, material and manpower loading charts, coordinating between different stakeholders etc. Develop and maintain EPC schedules for fabrication, installation, and commissioning. Perform resource/cost loading, progress monitoring, and prepare recovery plans, and keep updating project managers and all other stakeholders from time to time. Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, monitor material consumption, and ensure compliance with project budgets and contractual obligations.
