Civil Engineer (G+1 License Holder – UAE)

Company: Blueprint Experts Technical Services LLC Location: Ajman UAE Employment Type: Full\-Time We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with a valid UAE G\+1 approved license to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, authority approvals, and ensuring projects are completed as per UAE regulations and quality standards. 🔧 Key Roles \& Responsibilities: \* Supervise and manage civil works for G\+1 building projects \* Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals \* Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers \* Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations and site safety standards \* Handle project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring \* Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues \* Support authority submissions and approvals (DM/DDA/DCD as applicable) \* Ensure quality control and timely project completion 📌 Requirements: \* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering \* Valid UAE G\+1 Engineering License (mandatory) \* Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in building construction \* Strong knowledge of UAE authority approval procedures \* Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office \* Good communication and site management skills 🎯 Preferred: \* Experience in fit\-out and technical services projects \* Immediate joiners will be given priority
