Civil Engineer/ Construction Estimator

Committed to delivering quality solutions, the company emphasizes professional excellence and the successful completion of projects. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site role based in Lahore for a Civil Engineer/Construction Estimator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and quantity takeoffs for residential and commercial construction projects across the United States. The role includes estimating **house renovations, remodeling projects, ADU construction, painting works, plumbing, electrical works, and general construction improvements** . The candidate must be able to review architectural drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to develop detailed project budgets, labor and material cost estimates, and bid proposals. Experience preparing estimates and bid packages for **federal, state, and local government construction projects** is highly preferred. The candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and prepare professional bid submissions. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering, Construction Management** * **3–5 years of experience** in construction estimating, preferably in residential house renovation and remodeling projects, Painting, Plumbing, ADU constructions across the US. * Strong knowledge of **construction materials, methods, and building systems** * Experience with estimating software such as **PlanSwift, Bluebeam, RSMeans, or similar tools** * Experience preparing estimates for **U.S. federal, state, or municipal construction projects** * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * Ability to prepare **professional bid proposals and cost reports** for project submissions.
