The Lawyer will handle both civil and criminal cases, including providing legal counsel, drafting legal documents, and representing the company in court proceedings. Responsibilities include conducting research, reviewing legal documents and contracts, ensuring compliance, and managing litigation strategies to safeguard the interests of the organization. **Location :** Deoghar **Salary :** Negotiable as per Skills **Qualifications** * **Expertise in Civil Law and Criminal Law, with the ability to manage related legal cases effectively** * Proficiency in Legal Research, Legal Drafting, and the preparation of legal arguments * Strong skills in Contract Negotiation, Legal Compliance, and Risk Management * Excellent Communication, Analytical Thinking, and Problem\-Solving Abilities * Experience in representing clients in court and managing litigation proceedings * Knowledge of corporate and business legal frameworks is an advantage * **LLB (Bachelor of Legislative Law) or equivalent degree; a postgraduate degree in Law is preferred**
