Our client, a leading North American property restoration and disaster recovery company providing 24/7 emergency mitigation, restoration, and reconstruction services, is growing rapidly and looking to hire a Chief of Sales to join their leadership team.
This is a remote role, ideally based in the GTA.
**Your new role**
As the Chief of Sales, you will:
* Lead enterprise\-wide revenue growth, sales strategy, and market expansion.
* Oversee all sales portfolios across insurance and commercial markets.
* Develop and execute annual sales plans, forecasts, KPIs, and pipeline management.
* Strengthen brand strategy, market presence, and national visibility.
* Build executive relationships with major clients and strategic partners.
* Lead, coach, and develop senior sales leaders and high\-performance teams.
* Drive long\-term strategic growth, innovation, and new market opportunities.
**What you'll need to succeed**
* 15–20\+ years of progressive leadership in sales, revenue, or commercial operations.
* Experience leading national or cross‑border sales portfolios.
* Strong background in coaching senior leaders and developing large sales teams.
* Experience in insurance, restoration, construction, or related industries (preferred).
* Executive\-level relationship management and strategic planning skills.
* Ability to lead in fast\-paced, complex environments with cross\-functional alignment.
* Post‑secondary education in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
