๐ Location: Faisalabad (On\-site)
๐ Timings: 9 AM โ 6 PM
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
Provide prompt, professional responses to customer queries through chat and support channels.
Assist users with SEO\-related tools and educational platforms developed by Enzipe.
Guide customers through product usage, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure high satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
Minimum 2 year of experience in a customer support or chat\-based role.
Strong English communication skills (written \& verbal).
Fast and accurate typing speed.
Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and provide a positive experience to customers.

๐ Fixed Timings: 9 AM โ 6 PM (On\-site)
