Assist users with SEO\-related tools and educational platforms developed by Enzipe. Guide customers through product usage, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure high satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when needed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. ๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ: Minimum 2 year of experience in a customer support or chat\-based role. Strong English communication skills (written \& verbal). Fast and accurate typing speed.
