Charismatic Server & Guest Experience Host (Full Time)

**The Brand** **Stack \& Dome** is not your average burger joint. We started in Camden, London, and fought our way from an unknown startup to the **\#1 rated burger spot in the area**. Our secret is an absolute obsession with details—from the perfect sear on our smash patties to the energy in our dining room. Now operating out of the Beach Walk Hotel in Jumeirah 3, our team is growing, and we are looking for a new face to join the front\-of\-house crew and elevate the guest experience. **The Role: The "Menu Tour Guide"** We are **NOT** looking for a shy waiter/waitress who just writes down orders and walks away. We are looking for a **Personality**. You are the host of the party. * **Drive the Sales (ATV):** You don't just take orders; you build them. You enthusiastically recommend sides, loaded fries, and drinks because you genuinely know they make the meal better. * **Set the Vibe:** You are confident, loud, and charismatic. You treat guests like friends coming into your home and can easily strike up a conversation with anyone. * **Own the Details:** You ensure the dining room is spotless, the food looks perfect when it hits the table, and every customer leaves planning their next visit. **Who You Are:** * **Fluent in English (Absolute Must):** You must be able to speak flawlessly, confidently, and jokingly with guests. If you cannot comfortably hold a conversation with a stranger in English, this is not the role for you. * **Highly Independent:** You do not need constant supervision. You don't wait for a manager to tell you to clear a table, greet a guest at the door, or restock napkins. You see what needs to be done and you own the floor. * **A Sales Mindset:** You understand that upselling isn't annoying if you are offering something genuinely delicious. * **Experienced:** Previous experience handling table service in a busy, high\-standard environment. * **Logistics (Mandatory):** Our shifts finish late (often past 1:00 AM) when public transport has stopped. **You must have your own reliable way to get home.** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: AED3,000\.00 \- AED3,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
