Our portfolio includes Kiosks, Mobile POS, Desktop POS, SmartPOS Payment devices Handheld computers serving retail, hospitality, logistics, and transportation sectors. **The Opportunity** We're seeking an energetic Channel Sales Manager to drive our expansion in the Nordics market – concentrating on Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast\-growing, global tech company while maintaining the agility and innovation of a startup. Hybrid role. You should be located in Sweden (ideally Stockholm area) or Denmark (ideally Copenhagen area) with experience of working from home and travelling to customers. Reporting to Head of Sales, UK, Ireland \& Nordics. **Your Impact** * Build and nurture a powerful network of partners across the Nordics \- Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland. * Drive business growth by building stronger partner relationships * Shape SUNMI's presence in the Nordics \- Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland. **Key Responsibilities** * Achieve sales targets by increasing revenue * Identify and secure new business opportunities across the Nordics \- Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland. * Develop and execute territory sales strategy * Build and maintain strong relationships with partners (ISVs, resellers, integrators) * Collaborate with distributors to maximise market reach across the Nordics * Drive partner education and enablement * Act as the primary point of contact for partner business across the Nordics * Work with marketing team to promote SUNMI across the Nordics * Provide market intelligence and competitive insights * Work as a team player within our successful UK, Ireland \& Nordics team * Make a significant contribution to our Europe sales team **Your Profile** * Living in Sweden or Denmark. Fluent in English. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Channel sales across the Nordics * Channel sales experience working for a Manufacturer is a plus * Strong understanding of the Nordics partner ecosystem \- ideally selling Android devices * Already have existing reach and contacts in hospitality / software companies and end users in the Nordics * Experience in IT hardware/software sales * Business person with Technical understanding \- must have the ability to understand and clearly explain complex solutions \- able to keep things simple for the customer * Entrepreneurial mindset with problem\-solving capabilities, always leading with a solution * Easy to do business with personality with strong integrity * Able to work effectively from home office and travel as required across Nordics territory * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience **What Makes You Stand Out** * Channel sales experience working for a Manufacturer in POS, Auto ID, or Mobility industry in the Nordics * Track record of developing and selling to partners through distribution in the Nordics * Experience working with end\-users in solution advocacy * Proven track record in Channel sales in the Nordics * Focused on business development **Your Characteristics** * Proactive and self\-driven * Confident communicator * Adaptable and creative in approach * Strong relationship builder * Results\-oriented with excellent follow\-through * Natural collaborator **What We Offer** * High\-impact role in a rapidly scaling global tech company * Dynamic, multicultural work environment * Cutting\-edge technology and solutions * Collaborative, closely\-knit team atmosphere * Opportunity to shape the future of retail technology * Competitive compensation package This role requires travel within the territory and the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
