**Duties**
* Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that align with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and social skills.
* Design engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles, including toddlers and preschoolers, incorporating Montessori and other educational philosophies.
* Support children’s developmental milestones by applying knowledge of childhood development, behavior management, and special education strategies.
* Foster a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management techniques and child welfare practices.
* Collaborate with families, colleagues, and specialists to support individual student needs, including those requiring early intervention or special education services.
* Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods and provide tutoring or additional support as needed to enhance learning outcomes.
* Promote a safe, nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and physical activity while maintaining compliance with childcare regulations.
**Experience**
* Prior experience working directly with children in educational or childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools.
* Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across various subjects including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
* Classroom management experience with toddlers or preschool\-aged children; familiarity with behavior management techniques is essential.
* Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies to support diverse learners.
* Experience with lesson planning for early childhood education programs and familiarity with standardized testing procedures.
* Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and community partners.
* Additional qualifications such as experience in special education or working with children requiring individualized support are highly valued.
