The commitment to excellence is led by CEO Mr. Suhail Rizvi, who brings extensive experience and insight into the field of international education. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site role based in Lahore for a Calling Agent at AusPak International. The Calling Agent will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information to prospective students regarding educational opportunities, scheduling appointments, and assisting in document collection processes. The individual will work closely with the counseling team to enhance customer service and ensure a seamless experience for clients. **Qualifications** * Proficiency in client communication and customer service skills (both written and verbal) in English and Urdu * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks * Proficiency in using basic computer applications such as MS Office and CRM software * Problem\-solving and active listening skills to address student queries and concerns effectively * Previous experience in a customer\-facing or client service role is preferred * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced environment * Intermediate to advanced educational qualifications, with a preference for candidates with a background in customer service, marketing, or education consultancy
