**We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail\-oriented Call Support Agent**
to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
**Responsibilities:**
* Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and clients in a professional and courteous manner
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, or programs
* Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams
* Document and track all interactions in the company CRM system
* Maintain a high level of professionalism, patience, and empathy during calls
**Requirements:**
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (U.S. accent preferred)
* Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail
* Previous customer service experience is preferred
* Comfortable using CRM software and other communication tools
* Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
