**Job Location:** WEBDOC Head Office, Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad **Shift Timings:** 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM *Female Candidates will be preferred for this role* **Job Description: Call Centre Representative** **Position Overview** The Call Centre Representative is responsible for delivering high\-quality customer service by professionally handling inbound calls, providing accurate information, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer\-centric approach to ensure a positive customer experience at all times. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle inbound customer calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner * Provide accurate and complete information regarding company products and services * Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints in accordance with company policies * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date call records and documentation * Adhere to all company procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements * Consistently meet or exceed customer service and performance standards * Contribute positively to team objectives and a collaborative work environment **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Minimum Intermediate qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferred) * Strong verbal communication skills in Urdu with basic proficiency in English * Prior call centre experience is an advantage; fresh candidates are encouraged to apply * Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced and target\-driven environment * Punctual, dependable, and able to work well as part of a team Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Rs30,000\.00 \- Rs35,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Will you be able to reliably commute to Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi for this job?
