Job Description
* **Job Title – Call Centre Complaints Specialist (Arabic Speakers) – 6 Months Contract** * **Type \- Outsourced** * **Contract Duration\- 6 months Contract** * **Work Location – Dubai** * **Mandatory – Min 2\-3 years of experience in a call centre environment, with proven ability to handle escalations and complex complaints.** **Responsibilities:** * Manage and resolve escalated customer complaints with professionalism and empathy. * Serve as the primary point of contact for high\-priority customer issues. * Investigate cases, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. * Communicate clearly and efficiently with customers across multiple channels (phone, email, chat). * Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, warehouse, brand partners) to ensure timely resolution. * Maintain detailed case records and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. * Support continuous improvement by identifying service gaps and recommending enhancements.
