The Call Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer queries, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and escalating concerns when necessary. The role also entails documenting relevant information during calls and contributing to a collaborative and results\-driven team environment. **Qualifications** * Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills for delivering excellent customer service. * Proficiency in problem\-solving, conflict resolution, and managing customer inquiries to ensure positive outcomes. * Ability to utilize CRM software and maintain accurate records for customer interactions. * Familiarity with customer support procedures and a willingness to learn new systems quickly. * Effective time management, multitasking, and organizational skills to handle call queues efficiently. * Prior experience in customer service, call center, or related roles is a plus but not mandatory. * Fluency in English and additional language skills are an advantage.
