Your mission is to make the student happy and eager to learn new things every time you meet :) That means: * Giving 1\-to\-1 and group lessons online * Designing a tailored lesson plan together with the student * After each lesson, writing a report for the students' (carnet de suivi) to round\-up their positive points, things to work on, grammar points, vocabulary and pronunciation.
