**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an ambitious and results\-driven **Business Development Manager** to identify new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a proven track record in business development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve company growth targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
* Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
* Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports for senior management.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
* Proven track record of achieving business growth targets.

* Knowledge of Dubai/UAE market trends is a plus.
