Job Description
The Business Development Manager will spearhead Cabot’s growth in the US healthcare IT market, driving new business, building strategic partnerships, and closing enterprise deals. This high\-impact role requires deep expertise in healthcare workflows and technology, with the ability to independently identify opportunities and deliver results.
**Key Responsibilities**
· Develop and execute Cabot’s sales strategy for the US healthcare technology market.
· Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in provider, payer, and health\-tech segments.
· Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline; achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
· Lead end\-to\-end sales cycles including discovery, proposal preparation, solution positioning, and contract negotiation.
· Build trusted relationships with CXOs, innovation leaders, and decision\-makers across the healthcare industry.
· Represent Cabot at client meetings, trade shows, conferences, and networking events (travel required).
· Collaborate with the pre\-sales and delivery teams to craft customized solutions and ensure client success.
· Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to refine growth strategies.
· Provide leadership, mentorship, and structure to future sales hires as the US team expands
**Required Skills**
· **10 years of proven experience in Healthcare IT services** **or product sales** within the US.
· Strong understanding of healthcare standards such as **HL7, FHIR, EHR** integrations (Epic/PointClickCare/Cerner preferred).
· Demonstrated ability to generate leads independently, manage complex sales cycles, and close enterprise deals.
· Established network within hospitals, physician groups, payers, or digital health companies.
· Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Willingness to travel across the US based on business needs.
· Highly self\-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to operate with minimal supervision.
**Preferred Qualification**
· Experience selling outsourcing, managed services, or custom product engineering solutions.
· Experience working with distributed global delivery teams.
· Understanding of AI\-led healthcare solutions, population health, RCM, or telehealth platforms
