**Job Title:** Business Development Engineer – Construction \& Engineering **Location:** Islamabad, Pakistan **Industry:** Construction / Engineering / EPC **Job Type:** Full\-time **About the Company** We are a PEC\-registered engineering and construction company based in Islamabad, specializing in mechanical structures, steel fabrication, erection, and civil construction works. Our company executes projects across Pakistan in industrial, infrastructure, and commercial sectors. We are seeking a proactive and motivated **Business Development Engineer** to help expand our client base, develop relationships with contractors and consultants, and secure new project opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. * Build relationships with EPC contractors, engineering consultants, project owners, and developers. * Conduct market research to identify potential projects and clients. * Visit client offices, construction sites, and industrial facilities to introduce company services. * Monitor tender portals, procurement notices, and RFQs. * Prepare company introductions, capability presentations, and proposal submissions. * Coordinate with technical and management teams to prepare quotations and project proposals. * Maintain a database of leads, clients, and project opportunities. * Represent the company at industry meetings, networking events, and client meetings. **Target Client Segments** * EPC Contractors * Industrial Plants \& Manufacturing Companies * Real Estate Developers * Engineering Consultants * Hydropower and Infrastructure Projects * Power Generation Companies **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related field * 2–5 years experience in business development, sales, or project coordination within construction or engineering sector * Strong communication and client relationship skills * Knowledge of Pakistan construction market and contractors is preferred * Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits * Proficiency in MS Office and basic proposal preparation **Preferred Skills** * Experience working with EPC contractors or consultants * Understanding of fabrication, structural steel, or civil construction works * Knowledge of tendering processes and vendor registration * Ability to identify project opportunities and develop client relationships **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Performance\-based incentives * Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding engineering company * Exposure to large industrial and infrastructure projects Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Rs60,000\.00 \- Rs80,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
