**Role Description**
This is a full\-time on\-site role for a BPO and Call Center Professional located in Karachi. The BPO and Call Center Professional will be responsible for managing customer interactions via phone, email, or chat. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing high\-quality service to enhance customer satisfaction. The role also involves following up on customer requests, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong problem\-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Previous experience in a call center or BPO environment is preferred
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
