**Job Title:**
Boutique Hotel Operations Manager
**Salary:**
£35,000\.00 per annum
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee the day\-to\-day running of a busy hotel operation. This role is key to ensuring smooth service across all departments while supporting business growth, particularly in food \& beverage revenue and overall hotel performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily hotel operations across all departments
* Oversee Reception, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Kitchen, and Food \& Beverage teams
* Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
* Support cost control and contribute to budget and P\&L management
* Work closely with the General Manager on staffing, scheduling, and team performance
* Take a hands\-on approach to operations (approximately 50% operational involvement)
Team Structure
* Reports directly to the General Manager
* Manages 6 direct reports
* Oversees a team of approximately 45 employees
Skills \& Experience
* Background in hospitality, ideally as a Head of Department in Front of House or Food \& Beverage
* Strong leadership skills – approachable but able to maintain control
* Experience with hotel systems such as Opera and Micros Symphony preferred
* Good understanding of operational and financial management
* Personal Licence (desirable)
Working Pattern
* Business operates across weekdays and weekends
* Peak times include early evenings and weekends
