**Job Opportunities – Billing Engineer \& Planning Engineer**

**Position 1: Billing Engineer**
**Key Responsibilities**
* Prepare and verify RA Bills, subcontractor bills, and client billing documentation.
* Cross\-check quantities from drawings, BOQ, and site measurements.
* Maintain records of work done, measurements, and reconciliation of materials.
* Coordinate with site teams and clients for billing clarifications.
* Prepare rate analysis, cost estimates, and support tendering activities.
* Monitor project cost, variations, and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
* Prepare MIS reports and support the finance/contract team.
* Ensure timely submission of bills and follow\-up for certifications.
**Requirements**
* BE/B.Tech – Civil Engineering.
* 3–8 years of billing experience in
**commercial/building projects**
.
* Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, billing software, and MS Excel.
* Good understanding of drawings, site execution, and project documentation.
**Position 2: Planning Engineer**
**Key Responsibilities**
* Prepare and monitor project schedules, baseline programs, and weekly/monthly plans.
* Track project progress using tools such as MS Project/Primavera (P6 preferred).
* Coordinate with site teams to update progress and resolve delays.
* Prepare progress reports, S\-curve, manpower/material plans, and look\-ahead schedules.
* Identify risks, delays, and propose recovery/mitigation plans.
* Monitor project productivity, milestones, and critical paths.
* Assist in budgeting, resource planning, and cost control activities.
* Prepare documentation for client reviews and management meetings.
**Requirements**
* BE/B.Tech – Civil Engineering.
* 3–7 years of planning experience in
**building/commercial EPC projects**
.
* Strong schedule knowledge by using MS Project/P6\.
* Good understanding of construction methodology and project management.
