**Job Summary** Responsible for generating new business opportunities, securing contracts, and expanding the client base for facility services such as maintenance, cleaning, and building management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify and approach new clients such as property developers, offices, malls, hospitals, and hotels. * Promote facility management services like – cleaning services, MEP maintenance (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), building management and Pest Control. * Prepare service proposals, tenders, and quotations. * Meet clients, conduct site visits, and understand facility requirements. * Negotiate contracts and close new deals. * Maintain relationships with property managers and building owners. * Work with operations teams to ensure service delivery after contract award. * Track leads and sales pipeline using CRM systems. **Qualifications and Skills:** * Must possess Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. * 5 to 10 years’ experience in Facilities Management Services and MEP / HVAC * Strong negotiation and communication * B2B sales experience * Networking and relationship building * Must have UAE driving license Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: AED8,000\.00 \- AED10,000\.00 per month
