With 10 franchises across 11 locations in Sarasota and Manatee counties, we offer the stability and professionalism of a large organization while maintaining the close\-knit, community\-focused culture of a local business. **About The Role** As our Automotive Title Clerk, you will play a key administrative role in supporting dealership operations. You'll be responsible for processing vehicle title transfers for all dealership transactions, including some out\-of\-state titles, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. This is an **on\-site, full\-time position** ideal for someone who enjoys structured processes, detailed paperwork, and being an essential part of a collaborative office team. What We're Looking For **We're Seeking Someone Who Brings** * Prior administrative or office experience (automotive title experience strongly preferred) * At least 1 year of dealership title experience (preferred but not required \- we will train the right candidate) * Strong attention to detail and excellent follow\-through * Comfort working with accounting software and dealership systems * Ability to efficiently manage a high volume of paperwork * Experience with Reynolds \& Reynolds systems (a plus) * Strong interpersonal skills and a team\-first mindset * Flexibility and reliability in a professional office setting If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy contributing to a team's success, you'll fit right in.
