**Role Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail\-oriented
**AutoCAD Specialis**
t to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating site requirements into precise AutoCAD drawings and developing structured execution programs. You will focus heavily on earthwork calculations, grading plans, and underground utility layouts.
Key Responsibilities:
* **Drafting \& Design:**
Create detailed, accurate AutoCAD plans for excavation, site leveling, demolition, and underground utilities.
* **Program Development:**
Develop step\-by\-step execution programs and workflow sequences for earthwork operations.
* **Calculations:**
Assist in calculating cut\-and\-fill volumes and material quantities based on drawings.
* **Coordination:**
Collaborate with project managers and on\-site execution teams to ensure drawings accurately reflect ground realities and survey data.
**Qualifications \& Skills:**
* **Education:**
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Associate Degree in Drafting/Civil Technology, or a certified professional diploma in AutoCAD.
* **Experience:**
Minimum of 4 to 5 years of hands\-on experience in civil drafting, specifically focusing on earthworks, grading, or site utilities.
* **Software:**
Expert proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D or project scheduling tools (like MS Project) is highly preferred.
* **Technical Knowledge:**
Strong understanding of reading topographic surveys, calculating slope ratios, and interpreting utility site plans.
