**Position:** Attorney **Type:** Hourly Contract **Compensation:** $100 – $250/hour **Location:** Remote **Commitment:** 10\-40 hrs/week **Role Responsibilities** * Design and implement legal rubrics to support AI\-driven document review and analysis processes. * Conduct in\-depth legal research and draft complex memoranda to guide AI model training and evaluation. * Analyze large volumes of litigation documents to identify issues, trends, and critical insights. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to translate legal expertise into actionable AI development requirements. * Review and evaluate AI\-generated outputs, providing feedback to improve discovery management and motion practice capabilities. * Develop case strategies and motion practice templates that inform AI learning in legal contexts. * Continuously refine evaluation rubrics to align with evolving legal standards and best practices. **Requirements** * Juris Doctor (JD) degree with active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. * Strong years of litigation experience, particularly in document\-intensive cases involving discovery and dispositive motions. * Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills, including strong issue\-spotting capabilities. * Demonstrated experience in case strategy development and motion practice. * Proven ability to manage discovery processes and complex legal document review projects. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. * Comfortable working in remote, technology\-driven environments. **Application Process** * Upload resume * Interview (15 min) * Submit form
