Key Responsibilities * Conduct title research for oil and gas properties in Texas, verifying mineral rights ownership. * Review, analyze, and interpret deeds, leases, contracts, and legal documents. * Support negotiations and acquisitions related to mineral rights. * Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation of findings. * Work closely with the US\-based team to align on research accuracy and project goals. * Ensure all work is delivered with precision, confidentiality, and legal compliance. Key Requirements * Licensed attorney with 4\+ years of legal practice experience (property law, corporate law, contracts, or related fields preferred). * Excellent proficiency in English (must read, write, and speak fluently). * Strong research, problem\-solving, and analytical skills. * High attention to detail when reviewing complex documents.
