**Job Summary**
The
**Assistant Front Office Manager**
supports the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front office operations to ensure exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and compliance with brand standards. This role plays a key part in guest satisfaction, team supervision, and smooth coordination across departments.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist in managing daily Front Office operations including Reception, Guest Relations, Concierge, and Bell Desk
* Ensure a seamless guest arrival and departure experience
* Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
* Supervise, train, and motivate front office team members
* Support scheduling, duty rosters, and attendance management
* Monitor room availability, occupancy levels, and rate integrity
* Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, and F\&B teams
* Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and UAE hospitality regulations
* Assist in revenue optimization through upselling and cross\-selling initiatives
* Prepare reports related to guest satisfaction, occupancy, and operational performance
* Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when required
**Requirements \& Qualifications**
* Minimum 3–5 years of Front Office experience in a hotel or hospitality environment
* Prior experience as Assistant Front Office Manager / Front Office Supervisor preferred
* Strong guest service and problem\-solving skills
* Good leadership and team management ability
* Experience with hotel PMS systems (Opera or similar preferred)
* Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
* Well\-groomed, professional, and guest\-oriented personality
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
* UAE experience preferred
