Associate Software Quality Assurance Engineer- Manual

Seeking a motivated **Associate Software Quality Assurance Engineer** with up to 1 year of experience in manual testing, defect management, and QA tools. Should be able to ensure product quality through test planning, collaboration, and strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile practices. **Requirements** **Core Responsibilities:** Develop and implement test plans and quality standards aligned with product requirements. **Manual Testing** : Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for functional and regression, and testing. **Defect Management** : Identify, log, prioritize, and track defects, while performing root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues. **Collaboration with Product Team:** Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle. **Reporting \& Documentation:** Maintain test documentation and provide clear reports on product quality, test coverage, and release readiness **Qualification:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering. Upto 1 year of experience as a QA. Familiarity with QA tools; Test case management tool like TestRails, API Testing tools like Postman and bug tracking systems like JIRA. Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum and testing methodologies **Required Skills** Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with a quality\-first mindset.
