Broad Role / Responsibilities We are looking for a Java Software Engineer with 8\+ years of hands\-on experience to help us build functional products and applications. Java Software Engineer responsibilities include defining software requirements, writing clean and efficient code for various applications and running tests to improve system functionality. If you have hands\-on experience with programming in Java and are interested in agile methodologies, we’d like to meet you.  Analyze user and system requirements  Design flowcharts to illustrate software solutions  Write efficient code based on feature specifications  Develop user interfaces  Prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle  Design database architecture  Test and debug Java applications  Validate software functionality and security Broad Experience \& Expertise Requirements  Work experience as a Java Software Engineer, Java Developer or similar role  Strong experience in building Spring/Spring Boot based Java web applications  Knowledge of Spring Security  Familiarity with Object\-Oriented Design (OOD)  Knowledge of ORM e.g., Hibernate  Knowledge of JMS tools like Kafka/RabbitMQ  Good knowledge of popular Java frameworks like JSF and Spring MVC  Experience with test\-driven development  Problem\-solving skills Educational Qualifications  BE/BTech/MCA from reputed institution/university Certifications (added advantage) Personality traits (a must)  Strong communications skills, both written and verbal  Ability to handle complex assignment independently  Ability to work with ambiguity. Taking a systematic, structured view of situations.  Ability to interact with client (senior government officials)  Demonstrating willingness to ‘get hands dirty’ and developing a problem\-solving attitude  Strong personal and professional presence and self\-confidence, capable of working effectively with senior team as well as all other levels.
