Associate Product Manager

We're hiring a **Junior/Associate Product Manager (Lahore\-Onsite)** **About Our Client:** A leading Financial Markets data and technology company. **The Role** We are looking for a high\-energy **Associate Product Manager** who is as comfortable talking to a CEO about data accuracy as they are sketching a wireframe with a designer. You will sit at the intersection of Finance, Technology, and Design, ensuring that our complex market data is not only accurate but also intuitive and accessible. **Key Responsibilities** **· Design \& User Experience:** Work hand\-in\-hand with the UI/UX Design team to translate complex financial concepts into clean, usable interfaces. You'll help create wireframes, review prototypes, and ensure that "Data Storytelling" is at the heart of every screen. **· Client Advocacy \& Support:** Act as a key point of contact for our institutional and retail clients and power users. You will provide high\-level product support, troubleshoot complex data queries, and turn client pain points into feature requests for the roadmap. **· Feature Definition:** Draft clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories for new features, such as advanced charting tools or AI\-driven insights. **· Data Integrity:** Collaborate with the Research and Tech teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the 100,000\+ data points we serve. **· Backlog Management:** Assist in prioritizing the product roadmap and managing the sprint backlog in an Agile environment. **· Stakeholder Liaison:** Act as the "glue" between the Research, Tech, and Design departments to ensure everyone is aligned on the product vision. **Qualifications \& Skills** **· Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. **· Experience:** 0–2 years in product management, data analysis, or a client\-facing fintech role. **· Design Sensibility:** A strong eye for detail and an understanding of UX principles. While you dont need to be a designer, you should be comfortable understanding tools like Figma to communicate ideas. **· Client\-First Mindset**: Exceptional communication skills and the patience to guide users through technical or financial workflows. **· Market Knowledge:** A solid understanding of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and basic investment concepts (PE ratios, Dividends, etc.). **· Analytical Mindset:** Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and the ability to make decisions based on user behavior data. **Other Details:** **Work Mode:** Onsite, Lahore **Experience:** Fresh to 2 year **Days:** Monday to Friday **Timing:** 9AM \- 6PM Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
