**JOB DESCRIPTION: OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE** **Job Title** **:** Operations Associate **Location** **:** Mumbai, India. **About Us** At 1% Club, we’re on a mission to build India’s most trusted wealth\-tech platform, one that doesn’t just stop at financial products but brings education, advisory, and execution together in a way no one else has. We’ve done all of this with industry\-level low CACs, strong brand love, and consumer trust, while staying profitable. We are backed by Gruhas, a fund by **Zerodha’s Nikhil Kamath** and Puzzolana Group’s **Abhijeet Pai.** **Key Responsibilities** * Data Tabulation and Analysis: Proficient with spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets), for data organization, cleaning, and analysis. Comfortable learning new tools such as Metabase and WebEngage for database management/visualisation to create interactive dashboards and reports. * CRM Platform Management: Experienced with CRM systems such as Zoho and LeadSquared to manage customer data, sales processes, marketing automations, and team dashboards. * Utility and Marketing Communications: Executes all manual and automated communications via email, WhatsApp, or SMS using platforms like ListMonk, Mailmodo, MSG91, AiSensy, Gupshup, WebEngage etc. * AI Prompting Proficiency: Skilled in crafting effective prompts for AI tools like ChatGPT or Google Gemini to generate communication copies and messages and assist with day\-to\-day tasks. * Webinar Hosting: Hosts online sessions/webinars on Zoom, managing backend operations like chat moderation, polls, Q\&A, and troubleshooting to enhance audience experience. * Tech Adaptability for Backend Operations: Quick learner of new software and tools to handle backend operations, automations, and integrations. * Team Collaboration: Communicates, coordinates, and collaborates across all teams in the company to resolve their operational issues, queries, and requirements, acting as a central hub. * Operational Strategy: Provides strategic inputs, growth ideas, and contributions beyond routine tasks. We follow a horizontal hierarchy here and really appreciate that kind of ownership. **Qualifications** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. * Experience: Minimum of 2\-3 years in an operation or similar role.
