Associate Manager - Civil - Projects

**Responsibilities** Roles and Responsibilities * Project Planning \& Execution: Lead the civil engineering activities from project initiation to commissioning, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints. * Site Management: Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring safety protocols, construction methods, and environmental standards are strictly followed in alignment with Adani’s safety\-first culture. * Technical Supervision: Review and approve civil engineering drawings, designs, and specifications, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and industry best practices. * Vendor and Contractor Management: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure material procurement, resource allocation, and work execution are aligned with project requirements. * Quality Assurance \& Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections to ensure all civil works meet the highest standards of quality and durability. * Cost Management: Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and monitor expenditures to optimize resource utilization without compromising quality or timelines. * Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to civil construction activities and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progression. * Documentation \& Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation including progress reports, compliance records, and technical documentation to facilitate transparency and audit readiness. * Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, regulatory authorities, and internal departments to foster effective communication and ensure project alignment with organizational goals. * Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation and process improvements by incorporating lessons learned, adopting new technologies, and enhancing construction methodologies to increase efficiency and sustainability. * Team Leadership \& Development: Mentor junior engineers and site staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and teamwork in line with Adani’s leadership principles. * Compliance \& Sustainability: Ensure all civil engineering activities comply with environmental laws, safety regulations, and Adani’s commitment to sustainable development and social responsibility.
