Pro\-King Construction Ltd is dedicated to excellence and client satisfaction in every project we undertake. **Position Overview:** We are seeking a proactive and tech\-savvy Office Assistant to support our Estimator/Project Manager in a fast\-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current software tools used in construction project management, a working knowledge of QuickBooks, and the ability to contribute to process improvement initiatives. Prior experience in the construction industry, especially with platforms like Procore or similar, is highly preferred. **Key Responsibilities:** • Provide direct administrative support to the Estimator/Project Manager • Assist with document control, bid tracking, RFIs, and submittals • Help organize and implement systems and processes to improve office and project efficiency • Assist in preparing estimates, proposals, and project documentation as directed • Maintain digital and physical filing systems for project documentation • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for quotes, contracts, and compliance documents • Support scheduling and logistics for project meetings and site visits • Enter and track project\-related expenses and invoices in QuickBooks • Assist with onboarding and tracking project management software tools • Other general office administrative duties as assigned **Preferred Qualifications:** • 2\+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry • Proficiency with modern office and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Dropbox, DocuSign, etc.) • Experience with QuickBooks (basic data entry, invoicing, expense tracking) • Familiarity with construction project management platforms such as Procore, Buildertrend, or similar • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • A problem\-solver with a “figure\-it\-out” mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision **What We’re Looking For:** We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running. You should be comfortable navigating new technology and systems, and ready to contribute from day one without needing training on every aspect of the job. Experience in the construction industry is a major plus, especially if you’re familiar with project workflows and common platforms used in estimating and project management. **Compensation \& Benefits:** There is an opportunity for this position to be split between on site and work\-from\-home. Willing to train the right individual that is motivated, tech savvy and pro\-active. Specific experience in the construction industry is NOT required. But would be considered an asset. Salary based on experience, extended health and dental benefits apply after 3 month probation period.
