With decades of expertise, Al\-Riaz Group is committed to supporting industrial growth and innovation. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site role based in the Karachi Division for an Assistant to the Director. The Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing travel arrangements, preparing reports, and ensuring efficient workflow for the Director. The role will also involve supporting the Director in both administrative and strategic tasks, researching business opportunities, and maintaining communication with various stakeholders. **Qualifications** * Strong administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling, document management, and time management. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders and team members across departments. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools. * Ability to conduct thorough research and prepare concise, detailed reports. * Problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities, with a proactive approach to handling tasks. * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. * Prior experience in an executive assistant or similar role is advantageous.
