The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, supervising student research, contributing to curriculum development, and engaging in academic research in their area of expertise. Additionally, the role includes mentoring students, conducting assessments, and participating in departmental activities such as seminars, workshops, and academic conferences. **Qualifications** * Strong teaching and lecturing skills, with the ability to design and deliver engaging course materials * Expert knowledge in the relevant academic field with a demonstrated ability to conduct academic research * Experience in student mentorship and academic advising * Proficiency in academic writing and publishing research work in peer\-reviewed journals * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills * Familiarity with curriculum design and development * Master's or PhD degree (PhD preferred) in the relevant academic discipline from a recognized institution * Prior teaching experience and a record of research publications will be considered an advantage
