Noon’s fastest hyper\-local delivery platform, Noon Minutes, offers a localized assortment of FMCG \& grocery products with delivery within 15\-minutes. Currently live across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, offering thousands of products to customers in record time. noon’s mission: Every door, every day. **What you'll do:** Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest\-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. * Collect and verify required rider documentation (ID, license, insurance, uniforms, etc.). * Check compliance against company, legal, and vendor requirements. * Maintain accurate digital and physical records for audit and compliance purposes. * Follow up with vendors on missing or incorrect documents. * Schedule onboarding sessions with new riders across vendors and stores. * Support induction logistics (location, materials, tools, uniforms, checklists). * Ensure newly onboarded riders are deployment\-ready as per timelines. * Coordinate with Training for any induction sessions required pre\-deployment. * Assist in preparing deployment schedules aligned to store\-level demand plans. * Track deployment progress from documentation → induction → activation. * Log delays, deployment constraints, or vendor bottlenecks for escalation. * Update deployment trackers daily and communicate status to internal stakeholders. * Communicate with vendor account managers regarding documentation and deployment readiness. * Coordinate with Ground Ops for reporting dates, store allocation, and onboarding slots. * Work with Planning \& Performance for alignment between expected vs. actual deployments. * Support Finance/Procurement for compliance prerequisites tied to payments or contracts. **What you'll need:** * 1\-2 years of experience in an admin role * Bachelor degree in a quantitative subject * Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/GSheets * Good communication and coordination skills * Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills to extract insights and recommendations * Ability to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty * Capable of working in highly ambiguous situations comfortably * Understanding Logistics metrics and stakeholder management * Ability to accommodate flexibility in the work schedule **Who will excel?** * We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters. * You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action. * We need people with the courage to be fiercely original. * noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
