Job Description
**Overview**
This role is responsible for supporting the PBNA Retail team with all sales support activities, including (but not limited to) pricing updates, small account TPM setup \& maintenance, customer masterdata maintenance and customer portal update.
**Responsibilities**
Functional Responsibilities
* Building and maintaining TPM tactics for unplanned portfolio and settlements
* Process Customer Master data and Pricing request, ensuring conformance to established data quality standards and service level agreements
* Maintain customer contracts central repository, ensuring consistency between master documents and Pricing on system
* Continuous improvement recommendations and implementation
* Maintain SOP documentation for all activities
**Qualifications**
* Degree qualified in Business / Commerce
* Experience of 0\-2 years for L3 / 2\-5 years for L4
* Exceptional written and oral communication, adapting approach by situation and audience
* Good Data and Analytical skills
* Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
* Proactive, responsive and results driven
* High attention to detail
