Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage full\-cycle recruitment for various positions including bulk hiring for operational roles. Ensure timely replacement hiring on a daily basis to avoid workforce gaps. Support line managers with additional headcount requirements and team expansion initiatives. Maintain talent pipelines for critical positions to reduce hiring lead time. Coordinate with recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders as needed. Oversee HR filing systems, ensuring all employee records are accurately updated and securely maintained. Monitor and report employee attendance in coordination with relevant departments. Manage personal file audits and ensure compliance with company and legal standards. Handle day\-to\-day operational HR tasks as assigned by the line manager. Ensure timely documentation and follow\-ups related to on\-boarding, transfers, exits, etc. **Job Specification** * Bachelors/MBA in HRM (preferred) * Up\-to 3 years experience in HR (T\&A/Ops) * Able to analytically analyse reports
